I graduated from the Kent Institute of Art and Design in 2004 with a first class degree in goldsmithing, silversmithing and jewellery design. Since then I’ve worked with large specialist jewellers and on my own, and I’ve won a total of 7 industry awards for my jewellery and jewellery design.
Bespoke jewellery design is my passion. I make every piece by hand and my jewellery is completely unique and very personal to you.
To commission a piece of jewellery
Jewellery is very personal and therefore so is my commissioning process.
Your vision and ideas
The first step is to talk through ideas. You can bring along photos, drawings or an existing piece that you love. We’ll also discuss materials such as gold, platinum and gem stones.
Once I understand what you want, I’ll hand sketch and paint some designs. We can tweak and adjust them until they’re perfect right up to the point I start work. You can even visit the workshop by appointment to see work in progress.
Jewellery handed down to you is undoubtedly very precious but sometimes it’s not quite right for you. I can re-design or alter a family piece from the size and shape to the overall design, so that you still have your family memory but also have something you love and can wear.
